Aerovus ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use our platform.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, submit a form, or contact us. This includes your name, email address, and mobile number. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, time spent on the platform, and feature interactions to improve our service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to operate and improve the Aerovus platform, respond to your enquiries, send product updates and educational content (with your consent), and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secured servers provided by Hostinger, with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure.
4. Cookies
Aerovus uses analytics cookies only with your explicit consent. Google Analytics 4 collects aggregated, anonymised data about pages visited and time spent on the platform. Microsoft Clarity records anonymised session heatmaps to help us understand how the platform is used and improve your experience. You may accept or decline these cookies via the banner shown on your first visit. You can also manage or clear cookies at any time through your browser settings.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may also withdraw consent for marketing communications. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Third-Party Services
We share data with trusted third-party service providers strictly to operate our platform. These include: Hostinger (website hosting), Google LLC (Google Analytics 4 — traffic and behaviour analytics), and Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Clarity — session heatmaps). All third parties are contractually bound to process data only on our instructions and in accordance with applicable law. We do not sell your personal data.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Aerovus after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
